Forearm Pain 

Forearm pain consists of any pain occurring between the elbow and the wrist.  Pain usually occurring between the elbow and the wrist.  Pain usually is caused by adhesions or knots in the fascia throughout the forearm.  Forearm pain can occur from injuries of the forearm and inflammation of the nerves, muscle, tissues, skin, of tendons.  Forearm pain tends to be due to repetitive overuse trauma.  

Forearm Pain Causes

  • Injuries due to sports 
  • Overuse injuries
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Surgery

  • Dislocation of the elbow or the wrist
  • Inflammation of the tendons

Forearm Pain Symptoms 

  • Muscle weakness in the forearm 
  • Swelling and redness of the forearm 
  • A decreased range of motion

  • Numbness in the forearm or wrist 
  • Tingling in the forearm or wrist
