When Pedro had his first ASTR treatment, he was suffering from a year long knee pain that inhibited him from walking or standing. He was given a brace to help with stability, tried physical therapy, as well as cortisone shots. After all this, his pain was at a 7 out of 10 and his range of starting flexion motion was at 110 degrees. After his first ASTR treatment, his pain decreased to 0 out of 10 and his motion increased to 135 degrees.
