Manuel Therapy Techniques 

Manuel therapy techniques are used with Advanced Soft Tissue Release.  There are three different ways the manual therapy techniques are implemented.  Manipulation which is twisting of the back or neck until the normal range of motion ends.  Mobilization which is a slow and controlled movement to a ligament or joint.  Lastly, message which is rubbing of kneading of the fibrous connective tissue.  With manual therapy, pressure and force is applied to release trigger points and is treatment for muscoskeletal and disability pain.  There are over 125 manual therapy maneuvers that help alleviate pain and are non invasive, holistic treatments.
