Return Policy

At ASTR, we are fully committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of care! We know our products and services work and we want you to feel 100% confident when choosing us for your healthcare needs! If you are not satisfied with our tools, online programs or online courses, you can request a refund for your purchase within 14 days of receiving our products and courses. All returns must be initiated and sent back by the 14th day of receiving the items. This includes online courses.This return policy is valid for first time purchasers only. Our 100% satisfaction promise does not apply to cream, supplements, programs with supplements included, Telehealth evaluations/phone consults, treatments in our clinic or private training. For eligible returns, we refund the total amount minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. For payment plans, the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your first payment made. We do not pay for return shipping. 

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Current discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Previous purchases cannot be refunded so that client can purchase at current discount price.
