What is joint & muscle pain? 

Musculoskeletal pain can be described as pain that affects tendons, bones, muscles, nerves, and ligaments, and the pain that is related to musculoskeletal disorders. In the biopsychosocial approach to pain relief, the treatment measures include the following.
